Privacy Policy

Effective October 24, 2026. This policy covers the Stay Active app for macOS.

The short version

Stay Active does not collect, store, sell or share any personal data. It has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and the app itself makes no network connections.

What stays on your Mac

Your settings (for example the timer length, the battery level for auto-off and the keyboard shortcut) are saved only on your Mac, inside the app's sandbox. Notifications about a session ending are created on your Mac. Nothing is sent to us.

Purchases

The free trial and the one-time unlock are handled by Apple through the Mac App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never see your payment details, name or Apple Account. The app only asks the App Store whether the trial or the unlock is active on your Apple Account. Apple's handling of this information is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children

Stay Active collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
